This station requires a minimum of 20 attendees. Our chef will hand carve to order one of the following items:

This station requires a minimum of 20 attendees. This is a great dinner buffet to end a busy day of meetings. The Blue Mountain buffet consists of:

Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premisies. Any group bringing in their own alcohol will be charged a $100.00 bartender fee and a $5.00 corkage fee on wine. Rates for beverages provided by Minnowbrook are as follows:
