Minnowbrook's Head Chef, Warren Schloss, has over fifteen years experience in the food service and catering industry. Preparation occurs in a state of the art kitchen with meals served on signature, custom designed place settings. It is certain that your expectations will be exceeded. Specialties include:
- Homemade appetizers
- Signature salads with homemade dressing
- Fresh baked cookies and breads
- Desserts including fudge, and biscotti
All meals are Chef's Choice. Our Head Chef is excellent at choosing entrees and sides that complement each other superbly. If you would like specialized items, meal upgrades are available for an additional fee. Individual special dietary needs can be accommodated upon advance request.
