Rates range from $199 to $299 depending on the season. Rates are listed per person per-night and are subject to change at anytime. These rates include:

  • Use of our designated meeting rooms
  • Audio Visual equipment
  • Self-service snacks and coffee
  • One-hour hors d’oeuvres set up prior to dinner
  • Three meals: lunch, dinner and breakfast the following morning
  • Overnight accommodations
  • Recreational equipment

In order to reserve Minnowbrook Conference Center for exclusive use during the peak season (dates that fall between June 1 and October 31) a minimum revenue threshold must be reached. This may be achieved through menu enhancements, beverage services or additionally imposed fees based on your meeting requirements.
